Hi there! I’m Katherine, I’m an ICF certified coach who has many years in corporate negotiating million dollar deals. I want to welcome you to a very special program where professional women who believe they deserve more than they’re getting (which is pretty much all of us) can learn the art of negotiation by working with me.
As you might already know, I negotiate for a living, and have done so for 25 years. I’ve earned millions for organizations as well as for myself. I’ve negotiated everything from multi million dollar deals with Fortune 500 companies, to my own salary and exit plan. And now, I’d like to share my learnings with you.

I’ve even negotiated my own salary and bonus, so I’ve been in those shoes, felt that pressure, and came out on top. As a certified professional ICF coach, I’ve honed my skills to help others achieve the same success.
